YORK City have extended Olly Green's loan from Hull City by a further month.
The 20-year-old midfielder first linked up with the Minstermen at the end October on an initial one-month loan from the Sky Bet Championship play-off chasers, but has certainly left an impression.
He was handed his first start in City's dramatic 1-1 draw with Yorkshire rivals Halifax Town on October 28, earning The Press' Man of the Match after a stellar performance.
Green has made a further five appearances for Neal Ardley's side since, including a Man of the Match display in their disappointing defeat to Hartlepool United.
Before making the move to York, the highly-rated youngster enjoyed loan spells at both Pitching In Northern Premier League division one east side Bridlington Town and at Step Three with the Pitching In Northern Premier League premier division's Marske United, where he contributed five assists in seven matches.
Whilst at Hull, he captained the club's Under 18 side before signing professional terms with the Tigers in 2021.
