A Tadcaster firm has become the only video production company in Yorkshire to attain Top 50 status in the industry.
Buckmark Productions, based in Station Road, Tadcaster, is again listed among the best video production organisations in Britain by Televisual Magazine, the business publication for the broadcast and production industry.
Ed Marks and John Roebuck started the venture in 1991 since when they have achieved double gold at the International Visual Communications Association (IVCA) Awards - the "Oscars" of the industry.
Mr Marks said: "This is the second time in three years that we have appeared in the Televisual top 50. We would like to think that this proves that when we produce programmes they really communicate."
The firm was recently commissioned by the RSPCA to do a drama reconstruction training programme.
