"Well, I didn’t think this week (or year!) could get any more exciting – eekkk – but I’m super excited to announce I’m joining the incredible Gladiators family for Season 4!
"I still can’t quite believe it and I can’t wait for you all to see what I bring to the arena.

"See you all soon x."
Stoecker is currently competing in the newest series of Strictly Come Dancing, and was revealed to be paired with Mark Karmalita on the launch show last weekend.
Filming for the fourth series of Gladiators took place in late July and early August 2026, with the show set to air in early 2027 on BBC One.
Bradley and Barney Walsh will return as hosts, guiding viewers through another season of dramatic challenges and Saturday night entertainment.
The new series will feature a brand-new event, alongside classics such as Duel, Hang Tough and The Eliminator.
Last year’s additions, Everest, Destruction, and Suspension Bridge will also return.
In a special one-off episode, four celebrities will compete in the arena to test whether they can handle the Gladiators challenge.
The most recent series attracted an average of 4.6 million viewers over 28 days on BBC iPlayer and BBC One, proving especially popular with younger audiences.
New Gladiators joining cast for series 4 in 2027
Stoecker joins two other new recruits for the upcoming series.
Scottish strongman and three-time World’s Strongest Man champion Tom Stoltman will join the male Gladiator line-up.
Mr Stoltman said: "This is a dream opportunity and I’m incredibly proud to become a Gladiator.
"I’ve spent my life pushing myself to see what I can achieve and joining this incredible show is the next challenge.
"I’m excited to bring my strength, determination and personality to the arena but, most importantly, I want people watching to feel inspired to believe in themselves and take on their own challenges."
Former rugby star Joe Marler will also join the cast as the BBC revival’s first-ever celebrity Gladiator.
He will appear under the Gladiator name Mauler and will make his debut across series 4, going head-to-head with some of the Contenders in special appearances.
No official announcement has yet been made regarding Stoecker’s Gladiator name.
Former Gladiators stars Giant (Jamie Bigg) and Cyclone (Lystus Ebosele) have left the show.
Bigg left the show in April 2026 after stating he was faced with a choice regarding his contract that did not align with his personal values.
Ebosele announced in July 2026 that she was stepping away from the programme of her own accord after appearing in two seasons.
