A VAN has been deliberately set on fire in a York suburb.

North Yorkshire Police is appealing to anyone living in the area to check CCTV, doorbell camera or dashcam footage from around the time of the incident and report anything suspicious to them.
A force spokesperson said its enquiries are ongoing.
