Paul Coupe has been named managing director of Bettys.
He has been with the business for more than nine years and most recently served as operations director across both the Bettys and Taylors businesses.
Clare Morrow, chair of the Bettys & Taylors Group board, said: "These appointments represent an exciting moment for our family business.
"Fiona brings an impressive track record of leading and growing well-loved brands, while Paul combines deep operational expertise with a thorough understanding of our people, values and customers.
"Both are outstanding leaders and will play an important role in shaping the future of Bettys & Taylors."
The changes follow planned transitions by the current managing directors.
Andy Brown, who led Taylors for 17 years, has stepped down and remains with the business as Chair Elect.
He is set to succeed Ms Morrow as chair of the board when she retires in March 2027.
Simon Eyles has also stepped down as managing director of Bettys.
