Magistrates at North Yorkshire's specialist motoring offences court in Harrogate have banned four drivers from the roads.
Anthony Tubbs, 70, of Cross Lane, Snainton near Scarborough, pleaded guilty to using a mobile phone while driving on the A170.
He was banned from driving for six months, fined £153 and ordered to pay £120 prosecution costs and a £61 statutory surcharge.
Daniel Harris, 42, of Somerset Road, off Huntington Road, York, failed to respond to a court summons. His case was dealt with in his absence and he was convicted of driving without insurance and without a valid licence on the A19 at Thirsk.
He was banned from driving for 12 months, fined £660 and ordered to pay £120 prosecution costs and a £264 statutory surcharge.
Daniel Wilkinson, 38, of Main Street, Ebberston, Scarborough, pleaded guilty to speeding on the A170 at Ebberston and was banned from driving for six months.
He was fined £323 and ordered to pay £120 prosecution costs and a £129 statutory surcharge.
James Nicholls, 35, of Market Place, Easingwold, pleaded guilty to speeding at Baldersby St James and was banned from driving for six months.
He was fined £284 and ordered to pay £120 prosecution costs and a £114 statutory surcharge.
