A 61-bedroom retirement apartment complex on the edge of a North Yorkshire town is now open for viewing.
Adlington Retirement Living has opened the doors to a coffee lounge, homeowners’ lounge, an on-site restaurant and a range of show apartments at Riverside Gardens, Wetherby Road, Knaresborough.

The development offers a range of 1,2 and 3-bed apartments designed for those over 60. They come complete with a private patio or walk-out balcony.
Riverside Gardens will welcome its first homeowners this autumn. Until then, the marketing suite is open six days a week and private tours are now available for those considering a move.

There is also a 24-hour on-site team, with optional personal care packages that can be tailored to individual needs, a sophisticated emergency call system and security video entry.
