YORK City Knights maintained their winning start to pre-season with a 20-14 victory over Hunslet Hawks at the John Charles Stadium.
The Knights’ try-scorers were winger Tom Stancliffe, scrum-half Danny Grimshaw, centre Sam Blaney and centre Adam Jones.
Trialist Lee Waterman and Dan Fairclough kicked a conversion apiece for the Knights, who led 20-6 at half-time.
