JAKE Hyde's transfer fee for his summer move from Barnet to York City will be decided by a tribunal at Wembley Stadium tomorrow.

The same meeting will also decide on a price for 20-year-old defender Tom Allan's switch from the Minstermen to Gateshead in June.

Striker Hyde has scored five goals for City this season, having hit the target three times last month, but he has only started 12 matches since completing his switch from the non-League North London outfit and made a further six appearances from the bench.

Allan has been in and out of the Heed team under former City chief Gary Mills but made his first appearance in six weeks during Saturday's 2-1 home defeat to Dover.

In total, he has played 13 games for the Conference club, including seven starts.

The 6ft 4in defender, who came through the junior ranks at Bootham Crescent, made his debut for the Minstermen at the age of 18 in December 2012 during a 4-1 home win over Bristol Rovers.

Having only made ten more first-team appearances for his home-town club, though, he opted to move on despite the offer of a new deal from previous City boss Nigel Worthington.

Current Minstermen chief Russ Wilcox will attend tomorrow's tribunal and said: "I will be there to present a case for both transfers and we are hoping for a fair outcome from both of them."
