The White Rose Avenue side will now advance to the Championship play-offs, comprising the top four teams from the east and west sections of division one.

Good work down the right put centre Sam Blaney in for an unconverted try as the hosts made a flying start.

The All Blacks extended their advantage with a penalty goal from stand-off Max Brachen.

A well-worked move then opened up a gap for New Earswick full-back Steve Perks to cross, with Brachen adding the extras.

All Blacks continued to dominate the half, with Blaney crossing for his second try and Brachen converting for a 16-0 lead at the break.

After the break Perks got his second touch down and, although Birstall crossed for a converted try, the home side hit back to seal the victory with Brachen weaving through the defence for a try which he converted.

Prop Brian Wright rounded off the scoring when he powered his way to the line and Brachen again converted.

The All Blacks man of the match was Perks, while there were also strong performances from Blaney and hooker Andy Henson.
