Full-back Mike Welsh followed up a Kenny Shepherd kick two minutes before the break and, on the hooter, Allan ran the length of the field.

Scrum-half Shepherd converted all five tries for a 30-0 interval lead.

Coulson notched the first try of the second period, Carl Potter sending him over on 42 minutes.

Smith and Kenny Embleton combined to create a try for Allan on 48 minutes and he completed his hat-trick two minutes later.

Leek completed his treble with scores in the 55th and 61st minutes, capitalising on good work from Smith and Sam Clarke.

Prop forward Liam Watling rounded off the scoring.
