Aviva Junior Football Club on the lookout for new players

FAIR play award winners Aviva Junior Football Club are looking to recruit new players for their under-9s team.

The youngsters enjoyed a successful first season at U8s level, gaining the fair play accolade in the York Mitchell Sports Football League.

In an effort to build on that fine start, the Charter Standard club are keen to add new outfield players and a goalkeeper to their squad.

Training will get under way next month.

Meanwhile, the Aviva U12s are also on the lookout for fresh blood to add to their experienced squad Their training sessions start at the University of York sportsfield in Heslington Lane, on Saturday, July 24, at 10am.
