A TON-UP medal haul was the result of a successful Annual Graded Viking Sprints Swimming Gala for host club Team Jorvik.
The York club ran the event at the John Charles Centre for Sport in Leeds, a competition which attracted 27 clubs and 350 swimmers from across Yorkshire, Lancashire and Nottinghamshire.
Team Jorvik fielded a squad of 60 swimmers, who scooped a total of 41 golds medals, 43 silvers and 34 bronzes.
They also achieved 28 fourth and fifth place awards, plus 23 sixth position finishes.
The squad recorded 176 personal bests, with 14 speeding tickets awarded.
In the nine-year-old girls category, Yasmin Hardaker, taking part in her first gala, took the Top Girl prize.
James Jeal received a speeding ticket in the 50 metres backstroke and had to settle for second place in the Top Boy standings.
The 15 years and over boys category was hotly contested, with five Team Jorvik members swapping the top places throughout.
Harry Nozedar and Jordan Littlewood battled it out, with Nozedar winning the prize.
In the disability category, Team Jorvik swimmer Chloe Buck took the Top Girl award.
A group of ten Team Jorvik swimmers had previously taken part in the Retford Swimming Club Open Meet in Sheffield, winning 20 medals from 43 swims.
James Jeal, nine, put in a sterling performance in his first gala, gaining third place in the 50m backstroke.
In the ten-year-old girls 200m individual medley, Ellis Summers, Esme Littlewood and Eleanor Cooper finished second, fourth and fifth respectively.
Anna Jeal took a second, two thirds, a fourth and a fifth place. Her sister, Laura, took two seconds and a third, while Eleanor Cooper claimed a second, a third and a fourth.
Veronica Filak notched a PB in the 50m butterfly.
Esme Littlewood came third in the 100m butterfly.
Jack Dorland recorded a fourth and a fifth place, while Adam Falkingham was fourth in the 100m butterfly. Jordan Littlewood gained a third place in the 50m backstroke.
