TriYork members made their debut as the new junior triathlon club in the 2011 Yorkshire and Humberside Triathlon series.
Ten members competed in the Leeds Aquathon (a swim/run event) varying in race distances from 150 metres swim and 1.5km run to 400m swim and 3km run.
Results: Tristar 1 class (boys): Sam Clapton was third and Finnian Hutchinson eighth; (girls): Abigail Smith 12th; Tristar 2 (boys): Tyler Hutchinson first, Benjamin Schofield sixth, Nathan Smith eighth, Elliot Hutchinson 11th; (girls): Emma Clapton third; Tristar 3 (boys): Joshua Schofield first; youth (girls): Jade Hutchinson second.
