TRACEY Watkinson and pairs partner Anne Bass were the CH Ox 'B' match winners in the final game against visitors Fulfordgate in York John Smith's Ladies Darts League division one.

Jubilee won by the same 7-4 margin at Severus ‘B’ who had Angie Kaya and Sharon Mountain to thank for a great start. However captain Heather Bulmer, Tracy Yeomans, and Vicki Capes replied, Jan Stuart levelled and joined Kaya to edge the club side in front before Brenda Dawe/Maggie Bedingham then Julie Oliver/Bulmer snatched victory.

Tramways ‘B’ edge into top spot as Jayne Janes started a six game winning run at Marcia whose mother and daughter duo, Sue Smith/Faye Hawksby, broke their duck. It was also their only point as Tina Platt/Natalie Farmeary, Gina Whittaker/Tracey Farmeary completed the rout.

Top team in division two, Priory, increased their advantage but were prevented from a full house by Ox ‘A’ pairing Nicki Johnson/Linda Stavely.

Nags are keeping the pressure on after winning a close encounter at Green Tree who shot into a 3-0 lead thanks to Kirsty Limbert, Sandra Flintoft, and captain Ali Buckley. However, Ann Parkyn, Doreen Johnstone, and Anita Adams replied before Elaine Metcalfe/Sue Tate edged them ahead and Adams/Vicky Sellars secured match points.

Jackie Gray, Debbie Witts, Margaret Yeomans, Charlotte Witts enabled Leeman to enter the pairs 4 – 2 ahead against visitors Severus ‘A’, Mavis Gallimore and Jackie Simpson scoring for the club side. Simpson/Carol Robson cut the margin before Gray/Yeomans sealed the win.

Linda Turgoose was Clifton's only singles success as Laura Gatenby secured visitors Clockhouse the match. Clifton responded with Karen Hodgson/Freda Harman and Linda Turgoose/Angela Fletcher narrowing the lead before Sammy and Lisa Benton added to the visitors' tally for a 3-6 result.
