NORTH Yorkshire based jockey Paul Mulrennan was fitted with a headcam to ride the Knavesmire ahead of the Juddmonte International Stakes.
The video footage is now available on-line giving viewers an insight into what it takes to navigate Britain’s top rated race.
This year’s mile and a quarter contest, worth over £950,000, takes place on the first day of the Welcome to Yorkshire Ebor Festival at York Racecourse, Wednesday August 17.
Mulrennan steered Mecca's Angel to victory in the Group One Coolmore Nunthorpe Stakes at last year's festival.
“The Ebor Festival is a special meeting for all of us, but it’s a very special for me with Mecca’s Angel winning here last year," he said. "It’s always nice to pass the line in first, but especially here at York."
