YORK City Ladies have re-signed former winger Jazz Whitwell from Women's Premier League northern division one club Hull City.
Speed-merchant Whitwell scored six goals in 19 games while helping the Minsterbelles to another County Cup triumph and third place in the league the season before last.
However, she went on to join the Tigresses 12 months ago, eventually totalling 11 appearances, including five starts, and scoring once on their way to an impressive third-placed finish at level four.
Also returning to Haxby Road is another multiple County Cup winner with the record-breaking Belles - highly-rated goalkeeper Chloe Precious, who has been at northern division outfit Bradford City.
Likewise arriving from Bradford is Laura Midgley, who should make her debut in this weekend's opening pre-season friendly against WPL opponents Newcastle United at Haxby Road (2pm).
