DIVISION six leaders Londesborough Park opened up a 62-point lead over Dunnington after winning their home match against Osbaldwick.
Tim Stephenson led the way with 58 as the home side posted 130 all out, while Andy Burton took 3-31 for Osbaldwick.
Osbaldwick were then skittled for only 69 as Tom Sowersby took 3-6 and 14-year-old Stephen Croft claimed 5-17.
New Earswick had the rain to thank as their home match against Welton & Brough was abandoned when they had reached 48-6.
The division seven the top of the table clash saw Bolton Percy beat rivals Tadcaster Magnets.
Magnets were skittled for 62 by Martin Pears (5-23) and Tom Rossington (3-13) and visitors Percy won at 63-8.
James Key’s 6-31 gave Percy some nervous moments, but James Hodge scored 29 to see his side home.
Hovingham II beat Sheriff Hutton II by four wickets in the only other division seven game to beat the weather on a day of washouts.
Sheriff made 143-6 thanks to 66 from Harry Preston and 31 by John Armitage.
Geoff Pears took 3-63 for Hovingham.
However, Alistair Thorpe’s unbeaten 66 saw Hovingham home, despite John Hatfield’s 3-12.
