YORK City’s slickers are suited and booted for their Wembley outing in next month’s FA Trophy final.
The Minstermen squad were measured up yesterday at the Davygate branch of Austin Reed, who are supplying club suits for the showpiece clash with Stevenage on Saturday, May 9.
The team will be wearing navy blue made to measure suits, which will be accompanied by white cut away collar shirts, cream ties and navy blue silk knot cufflinks. The players will also be wearing button holes with the white rose of Yorkshire for the north versus south final.
Foyle said: “It got everyone together and they can see what’s in front of them. They are good quality, the people at Austin Reed were decent and I am pleased the chairman has done it properly.”
