Some potentially great fixtures here. Looking back to the dark days of visiting Southport and the like there are now some really big clubs in this league, none of whom will fancy playing us.
Thank goodness Nigel is building a team to compete with any of them!!
We have nobody to fear and I am really looking forward to the new season.
It will be a tough league to be in this season but I am optimistic that we will be in the mix at the start, the middle and the end.
PLEASE - let us avoid the lottery of a trip to Bootham Crescent South and let the players go on a nice holiday as they get ready for League One .
Come on City!!!

August looks very kind and a good chance to get points under our belt. The only other kind month looks like March. With a stronger league this year it'll certainly be an interesting season!

V disappointed to be away both first and last games of the season and Accy on Boxing Day could have been better.

We have to beat all opposition next season and with the team Nigel is building I have confidence we will have a better season than last. We won't concede many goals, that's for sure!

both Luton fixtures on a Tuesday night is pretty hilarious! it's not Celtic/Rangers ffs!
I fancy us to go and get a result on the Wirral first day and can see us getting wins in all of the first three home games, including an early welcome back for Ashley Chambers.
Carlisle on 28th Dec - we'll have to experience a very mild winter for that one to go ahead. Nice to be at home on Boxing Day as well, particularly as there isn't a New Years Day game this time.
Portsmouth on the last day will hopefully be a party in the sun.

Plymouth twice in 6 games. Thought there used to be a rough sort of order to the games other than the "local" christmas fixtures in the conference.

Well whatever it is I hope we can get rid of that horrible royal blue (just like watching Aldershot) & return to red & navy. Better still, a return to maroon & white, won't hold my breath on that one though.
