Cliffe run riot against East Riding Rangers in FA Qualifying Cup

CLIFFE stormed to a club record 15-1 victory over East Riding Rangers in round three of the East Riding County FA Qualifying Cup.

Chris Jackson scored four goals and team-mates Lee Carter and Tom Robinson both weighed in with hat-tricks.

Jackson gave Cliffe an early lead and, although Rangers levelled on 21 minutes, the York Minster Engineering League side then assumed total control.

Reuben Pearse, Simon Houlder, Jack Healey, Tom Hogg and Andy Addison also netted for Cliffe, whose man of the match was Kevin Taylor.
