STRIKERS Ross McCormack and Steve Morison could be back to boost Leeds United’s firepower for tomorrow’s npower Championship trip to Ipswich Town.

The frontmen were forced to sit out the Whites’ 2-1 Elland Road defeat by Huddersfield before the international break.

Morison picked up a calf problem, while McCormack, pictured, was ruled out by a head injury.

Manager Neil Warnock said: “I’m hoping both players will join in with training.

“Ross has to do some heading so we can check he is okay and Steve has to join in with the football work.”

Internationals Paul Green (Republic of Ireland), Rodolph Austin (Jamaica), and Tom Lees (England Under-21s) are also back in training, with Warnock reporting no injury concerns.

“Paul did well in Sweden last Friday and will consider himself unlucky not to have played on Tuesday,” he said.

“With Rudy you know what you will get, but he has done plenty of travelling so we’ll have a look.”

Meanwhile, club owners GFH Capital are looking to bring in “strategic investors” by announcing the sale of ten per cent of their holding to Bahrain-based International Investment Bank.
