Double set of prizes in Ravenstonedale 10k

THIRSK and Sowerby Harriers Ian and Marian Codling were among 174 runners competing in the Ravenstonedale 10k.

Ian finished in 64 minutes and 28 seconds with wife, Marian clocking 74-47. Both won age-group prizes.

Hester Cox and Iain Milner were among the 107 competitors in the Clay Bank West Fell Race, where Cox finished 42nd in 43-20 and Milner was 91st in 50-49.

The final club championship race of the year is the North Yorkshire/South Durham League fixture at Filey this weekend.
