YORK City slipped to 13th in the npower League Two table after a 3-0 home defeat by AFC Wimbledon.
The Minstermen fell behind in the 54th minute when Byron Harrison netted with goalkeeper Michael Ingham stranded outside his box.
Stacy Long added a second on 80 minutes and Jack Midson wrapped up the win with a penalty six minutes from time after Chris Smith committed a foul in the box.
City, who have won only two of their nine league games at Bootham Crescent, must pick themselves up to face the same opponents on Monday night in an FA Cup first round replay.
