Two teams of firefighters were sent to tackle the fire at a shed in a garden behind a house on Station Road, near Wareham, near Malton, at 11.17am yesterday.
A spokesman for North Yorkshire Fire and Rescue said the fire completely destroyed the large wooden and steel building.
The cause is thought to be accidental.
