AN INJURED woman has been cut free by firefighters from a car which ended up on its side after crashing in North Yorkshire early today.
The single-vehicle accident happened on the A170 at Keldholme, near Kirkbymoorsode, at just after midnight.
On arrival, crews found a car on its side, with the male driver having got out of the vehicle and suffering from a cut above his eye, but his female passenger was trapped inside.
Firefighters extricated her by removing the roof and she was taken to hospital with a suspected broken arm.
