NORTH Yorkshire Government minister has been ordered to repay nearly £5,000 he claimed in parliamentary expenses to help fund his house.
Conservative whip Robert Goodwill, of Scarborough and Whitby, claimed £14,585.05 to pay mortgage interest rates.
