A PET charity is appealing for help to find a new home for a homeless cat that has been in their sanctuary for more than a year.

Marco has been at the Blue Cross charity’s rehoming centre in Topcliffe since last August, when he had to leave his former home because he was not getting on with other cats at the house.

The centre’s deputy manager Caroline Thompson said Marco, 7, is a loving cat with a cheeky side, and would thrive in a house with garden access where he is the only pet.
