Acomb woman’s £10,000 prize
ACOMB woman Helen Buchanan received an early birthday present when she was picked in a prize draw as the winner of up to £10,000 off a car.
The 43-year-old mother-of-one was selected out of thousands of customers who registered and viewed cars for sale through the RAC Cars website raccars.co.uk.
She said: “I couldn’t believe I had won.
“I wasn’t even going to answer my phone as I didn’t recognise the number, however I’m really glad I did now.
“I’ve never spent this much on a car so it’s been a really hard decision.”
