Choir singing and tour at Ripon Cathedral
RIPON Cathedral is offering the opportunity for local children to sing with the choristers this Sunday.
While the children sing and socialise with the choristers as part of an open day, their parents and carers are given a guided tour of the cathedral and presentations from the music department and from the clergy to explain the opportunities, rewards, commitments and obligations involved.
Boys and girls aged six to 11 are invited to the choir open day on Sunday from1pm to 4.30pm.
