The panto cast of Harrogate Theatre will be adding a touch of sparkle to festivities for foster carers and their families this Christmas when they join forces with Fostering North Yorkshire.
The theatre has invited foster carer families to its production of Jack And The Beanstalk, running at Harrogate Theatre until January 13.
County councillor Tony Hall said: “Events like this help show our carers how much their work is appreciated. Foster carers are crucial to the lives of looked after children by their provision of a loving, secure and stable home for some of the county's most vulnerable children and young people.”
People interested in finding out more about fostering should phone Fostering North Yorkshire on 0800 054 6989. The next fostering information evening will be held on Thursday, January 31.
