A PLAN to build two wind turbines at an East Yorkshire landfill site has been approved to go ahead.
The Carnaby Wind Energy Project will now see two turbines, each capable of generating 3MW of power, built near Bridlington.
The planning application was submitted to East Riding of Yorkshire Council by the Waste Recycling Group.
