Biker is killed in crash on East Yorkshire road
A MOTORCYCLIST has died after he suffered serious injuries in a collision with a car.
The 22-year-old man man, from Driffield, was riding a purple Suzuki motorbike along the B1246 in Pocklington at 4pm on Saturday when the incident involving a red Vauxhall car closed the road.
He sustained serious injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.
The 36-year-old Driffield man, who was driving the car, suffered cuts to the face and shock. Anyone with information should phone PC Steve Naylor at Humberside Police on 101 referring to log 434.
