Quilting marathon dates at seaside
QUILTING enthusiasts will be flocking to East Yorkshire on January 14 and 15 for a two-day charity quiltathon.
The event will take place at The Royal Bridlington, a four-star guest house on the south side of Bridlington.
The charities which will benefit from the events are RNLI Bridlington; Yorkshire Cancer Research; Project Linus; The Dogs Trust; and Yorkshire Air Ambulance.
Fiona Garth, director of The Royal Bridlington, said: “We have been running patchwork workshops here for a number of years now and this is a great way for all of the ladies to give something back.”
