NICE to see the Chancellor, George Osborne, doing his Elvis impersonation at the Mayor’s dinner in the City of London (The Press, July 5).
He had the curled lip and splayed fingers off to perfection.
I have to say though, he looked infinitely better in his bow tie and dinner jacket than all those other middle-aged impersonators do in their tight white jump suits.
