A 27-year-old man who was arrested after a crash on the A64 has been charged with driving dangerously and while over the drink- drive limit.
The incident occurred at about 12.40am on Sunday, when a Vauxhall Corsa collided with another vehicle near the Grimston Bar slip road.
The driver, from Leeds, will appear at York Magistrates’ Court on Friday, July 13.
