A MAN was assaulted on the dancefloor of an East Yorkshire hotel.
The incident happened at about 2.40am on Saturday at the Royal Oak Hotel in Aire Street, Goole.
The 20-year-old victim receiving stitches to a cut above his eye after being attacked by a man he did not know.
A 19-year-old man has been arrested and released on bail. Anybody with information should phone Humberside Police on 101.
