THEY came dressed as everything from Spitfires to cowboys to raise money for charity in All Saints RC School’s annual fancy dress walk.
Pupils completed a three-mile walk around Knavesmire on Wednesday, with sponsor money going to the Catholic Childcare charity.
Assistant head teacher Mark Wheatley said: “They had a fantastic time. It was a bit chilly but they soon warmed up.”
Before the walk the children gathered in the school hall where there were awards for the best outfits.
Coming out top this year were pupils dressed as a Spitfire fighter plane, a farmer complete with tractor, Cousin It from The Adams Family and a Mrs Upsidedown costume.
