A NORTH Yorkshire council faces a second public inquiry in the space of a year over an airfield development.
Hambleton District Council has issued enforcement notices to prevent development of Bagby Airfield, near Thirsk, and the change of use of its hangars following a hearing last year.
The site’s owner, Martin Scott, has appealed against the notices. Another inquiry will be held in May.
