The Acomb Road surgery of the York Medical Group has set up a patient participation group, which meets an average of four times a year to discuss ways in which services provided by the surgery can be improved.
In between formal meetings contact is maintained with members and the results of questionnaires are discussed later.
It is important that the service fully covers the needs of all patients, so if anyone in the younger age groups, or from an ethnic minority is interested in participating in the project, they should phone Liz Edge on 01904 790732 or email postmaster@gp-b82083.nhs.uk
