THANK you for publishing my letter regarding the non reply to my letter of complaint to the council regarding problems with the bin collections (Letters, February 22). It seems replies to complaints from the council are like busses – you wait ages for one and then two come at once.
I have now received two replies in two days from the council to my complaint: one saying they replied to me weeks ago and another saying they had not received my complaint.
