NOT even a blizzard last Saturday night could prevent another full house for the final night of Grease at the Manor School theatre. It has been a truly stunning production in the new studio theatre.

The fifty-plus cast gave it their heart and soul, delivering a show that was dynamic, full of humour and fun, and was the result of many hours hard work. The school band was so tight they could have been mistaken for professionals. And the support crews were slick in all directions.

It was hard not to join in with all the well-known and loved songs, delivered in style with exciting, superbly choreographed scenes sometimes involving the full cast. The actors provided many highlights through the show, and the end of the night came too soon. My thanks and admiration to all the pupils and staff involved for delivering a West End experience. The wow factor was awesome.
