A MAN is wanted in connection with a smash-and-grab burglary on a shop in Stamford Bridge.
Police have released a CCTV image of the man, right, involved in the incident at about 2am on Wednesday, January 11, at the Maynews Shop in The Square.
Police say the man approached the front and used a brick to smash the double-glazed front window.
Once inside the shop he stole four bottles of wine to the value of about £25 before making off.
The suspect is described as white, in his early 20s, 6ft tall and slim. He wore a dark coloured jacket and a red beanie style hat, black tracksuit bottoms with a stripe down the side, black trainers and carried a black Umbro rucksack on his back.
Witnesses are asked to phone Humberside Police on 101.
