A WOMAN who was killed in a crash on a North Yorkshire road has been named.
Debbie Elizabeth Tennant, 21, from Middlesbrough, died when the Ford Ka she was driving collided with a Kia Sorrento on the A19 between Northallerton and Thirsk at its junction with Over Silton on Monday evening.
An inquest into her death has yet to be opened. The driver of the Sorrento, a 50-year-old man from West Yorkshire suffered minor injuries.
