AFTER reading that York Railway Station has received The Station Of The Year Award (The Press, September 17), for excelling in “providing a smooth, efficient and pleasant departure and arrival point for customers”, I look forward to seeing the wretched barriers removed at other stations operated by East Coast.
How long do you think I will have to wait?
