I have seen articles in The Press regarding travelling on local bus services with a concessionary pass before 9am.
Having recently purchased a ticket and then got chatting to the driver, he suggested that I could have had the journey for free if I was in possession of an appointment card for the hospital that necessitated an early journey.
Perhaps someone could confirm this for me?
