The New Generation Singing Club would like to thank all its friends and supporters, especially the Gallery nightclub, without whose generosity the recent charity evening would not have been such a resounding success.
Thanks also to regular compere, Graeme Robertson, for fulfilling his role so successfully.
The evening was enjoyed by everyone and the VIP suite at the Gallery provided an exciting venue for the singing club’s young members’ first taste of “stardom”.
In addition to the party, we also raised £268.80 for the Special Care Baby Unit (SCBU) at York District Hospital.
Over the ten years the club has been in existence, many members have started their lives in the SCBU and the children thought it would be nice to help this wonderful unit. So thank you everyone.
