WHAT a treat it was to see that old warhorse, the “Beast of Bolsover”, Denis Skinner in full flow at Prime Minister’s Questions.
Regardless of your view of him, because he does polarise opinion, a bit like Marmite does, his passion for the cause is undiminished. What a contrast to the sanitised, policy-following, political students who now sit in great numbers as MPs for all the parties.
Give me passion before the on-message coolness any day.
