SHEPHERD’S had Shaun Day (18,20 & 180) and John Mooring (17,20) playing well in the John Smith’s Darts League but Mitre’s Dave Scaum (180), Rich Corner (13,14), Chris Quantock (18) and Lutz Leutzsch (18) secured a 6-4 win.
Acomb had Paul Dixon (156 c/o for 18), Keith Turner (180 for 14) and Mark Mason (130 bull c/o for 18) playing well, but Dave Mason (18), Adam Thompson (16,20), Paul Botterill (14 & 180), Chris Thompson (18,19) and Martyn Turner (Bull C/O for 18) gave Ainsty a 8-2 win.
In division two, Crescent’s Jack Norman (23) and Ken Smith (19) played well but Eddie Stewart (20,23) Steve Spence (21) and Chris Kitson (24) secured a 6-4 win for Ainsty ‘B’.
