THE “vibrancy” of East Yorkshire has been celebrated by the outgoing chairman of the council at his annual awards ceremony in Bridlington.
Business, community groups and individuals gathered at the Spa on Sunday evening to find out who would be recognised by Coun David Rudd, for their contribution to the community. Among the winners in the business section was the Rocking Horse Shop in Fangfoss, which was recognised as best company with fewer than 50 employees. Jane Cook said employee appreciation had been the key to their success.
